Clean Slate?

It's hard to move forward when you are carrying too much old baggage. As you pray about your life verse for 2009 and your mission statement, spend some time thinking about the things that you DON'T want to carry with you into 2009.

Are you holding onto old hurts, unforgiveness, pride, jealousy, bitterness, etc? Let it go! Ask God to help you make necessary amends and then look and move forward with a lighter load.

All that you dreamed but didn’t dare to do, all that you hoped but did not will, all the faith that you claimed but did not have—these slumber lightly, waiting to be awakened by the touch of a strong purpose.
